Vanomobil Camper Village
Are you coming to the Gravel World Championship as a participant with your camper? Choose the Vanomobil Camper Village at the Brabanthal in Leuven!
Vanomobil offers you a secured and organized camper site for the entire weekend, just a few kilometers from the finish (Leuven). Your contact person on-site will ensure that everyone gets a nice spot and can answer any further questions.
The Camper Village is open from Friday, 04/10/24 (2:00 PM) until Sunday, 06/10/24 (10:00 PM).
Please arrive during the hours listed below to set up your camper. During the weekend, it won’t be easy to move around. As a participant, you can use the shuttle (limited seats) on your race day to travel to the start in Halle.
- Friday: arrival between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Saturday: arrival between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Sunday: please vacate the site by 10:00 PM at the latest
There are only a limited number of spots (full = full).
Vanomobil is the Belgian motorhome specialist with experience in sales, rental and maintenance of motorhomes and campervans! Vanomobil has a heart for cycling and has been involved in the bike, race, cyclocross and MTB sector for years. From now on, they are also putting their shoulders to the Gravel segment! With all their campervan experience, they are the right partner to set up this camper village.
On Saturday, 05/10, Vanomobil, in collaboration with Thule—supplier of various bike racks, awnings, and camping equipment—will treat every attendee (max 300 people) to a free portion of fries with sauce of your choice:
Pick-up at the entrance to parking lot 1 (Brabanthal) on Saturday, 05/10 between 6:30 PM and 9:00 PM.

If you prefer to stay at the start location in Halle, there will also be a camper parking available from Friday, 04/10/24 until Sunday, 06/10/24. This site will not be organized like the official Vanomobil Camper Village. Register via the following link:
